I have used the encryption tool I got from the forum and followed the guide to convert the ISO to PKG (for 2 above) but I was under the impression that the file is to be renamed and OVERWRITE the file that is already in the /dev_hdd0/game/PS2U10000/USRDIR folder? Regardless I get another activation error but it a different number. Does this mean I don't need Rebug anymore? webMOD folder shows the game and gold PS2 disc on main menu.Ģ) I guess a RAP file needs to be installed? However, I did read on this forum that if you install the PKG file, you should not need the RAP file to activate the game first time.ģ) On the PS3 main menu it says "just put a properly patched and encrypted PS2 ISO as in: Rebug is also not showing the selector options but I did read that latest Rebug does not have webMOD. RSX (not sure what this is) is about 55 degrees C.
These are the problems I'm getting using these methods:ġ) the PS3 beeps 3 times and blinks red, which requires me to boot up the PS3 again.ġ) Definitely NOT an overheating issue as my CPU temperature is hovering about 56 to 68 degrees C.
